Resolved: Issue with box
Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with product replacement. Took almost 3 weeks of going back and forth, but got an exchange. Be patient and keep following up.
Had an issue with the box after 2 weeks, and their support will not provide a customer service number and has spent almost 2 weeks having taken videos of me trying it on other TVs, etc. The last thing was they made me purchase a power supply from Amazon before they would let me speak with customer service.
Of course, this power supply can only be found in ***, does not seem to exist here, and now I have a return to ***. Unbelievable!

In having trouble viewing sone programs...
In having trouble viewing some programs, and my remote has to be almost smashed down to change channels. Also having issues loading programs like Mandalorian and Ahsoka.
Please help as it's very frustrating.
Any reason why I cannot access certain programs? In addition, why is it so difficult to navigate with the remote?

No response from tech support

Called for help from tech support-promised return call ZERO help. Having questions regarding Live Heat app icons next to some favorite channels why are they appearing did updates back up unplugged box turned tv off.
No change. Wants to charge 9.99 for Pissed Customer support in order to get help set up account border to get phone call WHY? No wonder its called PISSED OFF CUSTOMER. NOT paying for support.
WORST investment I ever made. Poor troubleshooting instructions online & printed!

Supplied keyboard is DOA
No answer when I made the call. Only rang three times and then I was disconnected from the service. I have emailed them, so I will wait for a response.

This is the second time this has happened. I sent an email over 24 hours with no response. They replaced my remote one other time, but this is the second time it has happened.

Issue with box
Box broke under 2 weeks and support just give run around over and over and no real support other than tech support. We have determined that it is faulty and over a week now and still can't get to correct dept for replacement.
